Lovely Clementine & Almond Cake

Freshly ground almonds, vanilla-poached clementines and rich, fruity olive oil combine beautifully to make a wonderfully rich and aromatic cake. It keeps very well (even better the next day!)

Ingredients:

Almonds, clementines, extra virgin olive oil, eggs, sugar, GF flour blend (Sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum) lemon zest, baking powder, salt
