Our Famous Chocolate and Hummingbird Cake-by-the-Pound

Due to popular demand...we are now pleased to offer our insanely popular cake-by-the-pound to order online!

Both the Chocolate and Hummingbird cakes can be ordered by the full (approximately 10 pounds, feeding at least 20 people), half (approximately 5 pounds) or quarter (approximately 2.5 pounds) slab.

Our chocolate cake is an old-fashioned and decadent delight made with rich dark cocoa and a deep fudgy layer of chocolate cream cheese icing.

Hummingbird is a classic and delicious Southern cake, that actually has its roots in Jamaica (where it is known as Doctor Bird Cake). Spiced banana cake with crushed pineapple added for a lovely moist crumb - lemon cream cheese icing and lots of toasted pecans to finish.

Ingredients:

Hummingbird Cake: Wheat flour, cinnamon, baking soda, sea salt, eggs, banana, sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla, pineapple, pecans, cream cheese, butter.
