Carrot Cake

Organic carrots and toasted walnuts are the star of this classic cake! Topped with lemony cream cheese icing, this luscious cake is available in two sizes. Small is a single layer square cake that serves 6-8. Large is a traditional double layer that serves 8-10.

Ingredients:

Cake: Wheat flour, organic carrots, sugar, eggs, safflower oil, walnuts, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt.

Icing: Cream cheese, butter, icing sugar, lemon juice & zest, sea salt.
