The Best Beef & Guinness Pie

Only comes once a year, folks, and we can never seem to make enough! Chunks of tender beef are (very) slowly braised in Guinness, combined with  sautéed celery, carrots, onions, mushrooms & Yukon Gold potatoes in a rich silky gravy... the whole party gets tucked into our famous all-butter pastry  and baked until golden brown. Serves 6 generously.

Ingredients: Beef, potatoes, celery, onion, carrots, mushrooms, garlic, beef stock, tomato paste, stout beer, wheat flour, sea salt, pepper, rosemary. Pastry: Butter, wheat flour, salt, apple cider vinegar, egg.
