Classic Pineapple Upside Down Cake with Jamaican Rum Caramel

One of our old-school faves, made with fresh pineapple slowly caramelized in brown sugar and dark rum. Heaps of whipped cream mandatory.

Ingredients: Pineapple, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, milk, butter, vanilla, AP flour, baking powder, salt, dark rum
