Kathleen's Irish Oat Bread & Salted Honey Butter

Our mum will be a guest baker this week baking up loaves of her famous whole wheat oatmeal quick bread (with a special ingredient of course). Comes with salted whipped honey butter for generous smearing! 

 Ingredients: AP and whole wheat flours, oats, baking soda, salt, buttermilk, alcohol-free Guinness beer, molasses, butter, honey.
