Mushroom Bourguignon Lasagna

A rich braise of mushrooms, onions, red wine and herbs layered with tender sheets of egg pasta, bechamel and lots and lots of grana padano cheese. So good.

Serves 4 generously, or 6 with some crusty bread and sides.
