Spanikopita Pasta Bake

All of the delicious flavours of spanikopita - garlicky spinach, feta, & dill, combined with creamy bechemel, and rigatoni, and covered in mozzarella & grano padano cheeses. Rich and hearty!

Small serves 2-3 and the large serves 4-6.

Ingredients:

Rigatoni pasta, spinach, garlic, dill, green onions, feta, 35% cream, mozzarella, grano padano, wheat flour, dijon mustard, lemon zest.
