Classic Buttertarts - with or without currants!

My Gran's famous buttertart recipe - with currants, or without!  Each order contains six buttertarts.

Ingredients: Pastry - AP wheat flour, butter, apple cider vinegar, sea salt. Filling - brown sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla, sea salt.
