The perfect chocolate chip cookie has crispy edges, a slight chewy centre and is basically a huge amount of chocolate held together by buttery cookie dough. These fit the bill.  

Ingredients: All-purpose unbleached wheat flour, brown & white sugar, butter, 70% dark chocolate, egg, baking soda, vanilla, salt.
