A Medjool date, ginger & orange filling on buttery shortbread and topped with a rich oat crumble topping.  

Ingredients: Dates, oats, wheat flour, sugar, butter, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, baking soda, orange zest.
