Date, Walnut & Bittersweet Chocolate Tea Loaf

I created this loaf for my friend Rabeya, who always has to have something sweet with her tea. Chunks of bittersweet chocolate, toasted walnuts and vanilla-soaked dates are a perfect combination in this tea loaf. Lovely as is, or toasted and smeared with butter! Wrapped well, it will keep nicely for about four days.
