Double Coconut Cream Pie

A classic! All-butter pastry, silky custard made with coconut milk and mounds of toasted coconut, all topped with slightly sweet whipped cream. Serves 6-8.

Ingredients: All butter pastry (AP flour, butter, apple cider vinegar, sea salt), coconut milk, sugar, corn starch, eggs, flaked coconut, heavy cream.
