Kathleen's Lemon Loaf
My Grandmother Kathleen’s lemon loaf...a lemony, buttery loaf that is perfect as is, and even better sliced and slathered with butter. Enjoy with your favourite cup of tea, or for dessert with a giant dollop of whipped cream and a little of your favorite preserve. This keeps well for about four days, if it lasts that long.
