A favourite from our Pie Club - if you are looking to switch it up this year and are a fan of cream pies, this one is for you! Cool and creamy pumpkin mousse dolloped into a buttery, spicy crumb crust made with our own gingersnaps. Garnished with a caramelized pepita crumble. Serves 6-8.

Ingredients: pumpkin, molasses, brown sugar, cream, eggs, gelatin, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, pumpkin seeds, kosher salt, wheat flour, butter, sunflower oil.
