Classic Pecan Pie

Loads of freshly roasted pecans tucked into a smooth caramel,  baked in an all-butter flakey-as-heck-pastry. Grab a pint of good vanilla ice cream, and you're set! Serves 6-8.

Ingredients: Pastry - unbleached wheat flour, butter, apple cider vinegar, salt. Filling: pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, vanilla, salt.
